I've been taught by lots of yoga teachers over the years and Sarah is by far THE BEST! She is amazing at encouraging you to try new things but also supporting you wherever you are in your yoga journey. Sarah's classes have so much variety from dynamic to restorative physical practices and including pranayama and thai yoga massage. I could go on and on about how amazing she is! Thank you Sarah!


Sarah's postnatal classes are so friendly and supportive and have played a really special role during my transition into motherhood. Her classes never feel rushed and have a perfect balance between time out for mum, and time to bond and have fun with your baby. I'd recommend them to any new mum wanting to ease back into yoga and meet other mums in the area.
