Vinyasa originated from Hatha yoga and means 'movement linked with breath'. 

Vinyasa Flow is becoming one of the world's most popular modern forms of yoga. Often dynamic in its practice, concentration on continuous movement and breath creates a form of mindfulness allowing us better connection to both our bodies and surroundings.
